test Location: Amman, Jordan / Hybrid depending on the training Employment Type: Part-Time Main Topics: Python, SQL, Power BI About the Role Qafza Tech is looking for a Part-Time Track Mentor / Teaching Assistant to support our technical training programs and help ensure trainees stay engaged, organized, and progressing throughout their learning journey. The mentor will work closely with the main trainer and Qafza’s training team, following up on trainees’ attendance, assignments, performance, and overall progress while providing additional support whenever needed. This role is suitable for someone with a good technical foundation who enjoys helping others learn and wants to gain more experience in training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities Attend and support training sessions alongside the main trainer when required. Track trainees’ attendance, assignments, projects, and overall progress throughout the track. Follow up with trainees who are falling behind or missing assignments. Review and provide basic feedback on trainees’ tasks and projects based on the trainer’s guidelines. Answer trainees’ questions and provide additional clarification or technical support when needed. Identify trainees who may require additional support and communicate this to the main trainer and training team. Support the trainer with exercises, activities, assignments, resources, and other training-related needs. Help ensure trainees remain engaged and committed throughout the program. Maintain organized and updated records of trainee performance and progress. Communicate regularly with the main trainer regarding trainee performance, challenges, and areas requiring attention. Support project follow-ups and final project completion where applicable. Requirements Good knowledge of the technical field related to the track they will be mentoring. Ability to understand and review trainees’ assignments and projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Organized and capable of following up with multiple trainees consistently. Responsible and committed to scheduled training sessions and follow-ups. Comfortable working collaboratively with trainers and the Qafza training team. Availability during evening training hours, particularly between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Preferred Qualifications Recent graduates or junior professionals with a strong technical foundation are welcome to apply. Previous experience in mentoring, tutoring, teaching assistance, or technical training is a plus. Previous participation in technical courses, bootcamps, or training programs is a plus.
